How to use emoticons in a forum message

When you choose an emoticon, click on it and copy the text from the box (Ctrl+C).
Paste the code in the message (Ctrl+V).
Post your message and the emoticon will be in your message.

How to use smileys in Outlook Express

Save a smile icon to your hard disk.
Launch Outlook Express.
On the Tools menu hit New Mail.
Make sure the email format is Rich Text/Html and not Plain Text.
Type your message and where you want to add a graphic.
